Terms & Conditions

A. Introduction

Welcome to Finova Cargo (“Finova,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or logistics services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before using any Finova Cargo platform or service.

 

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services.

B. Scope of Service

Finova Cargo provides same-day, expedited, and specialized delivery solutions across the United States.

Our services include but are not limited to:

 

  • On-demand courier, AOG (Aircraft On Ground) logistics, and medical/pharmaceutical transport.

  • High-value freight and critical-part delivery.

  • Multi-stop dispatch coordination and driver management.

 

 

All services are subject to these Terms and any applicable Service Agreements, Bills of Lading (BOLs), or Delivery Confirmations issued at the time of transport.

C. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

 

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts.

  • Provide accurate and verifiable information for delivery or pickup.

  • Possess required documentation if registering as a driver or logistics partner.

 

 

Finova Cargo reserves the right to deny or suspend service to anyone violating these Terms or applicable laws.

D. Service Requests and Quotes

All delivery quotes generated via FinovaCargo.com, mobile app, or dispatcher contact are estimates based on weight, distance, urgency, and cargo classification.

Actual charges may vary depending on:

 

  • Detours, waiting times, or incorrect load details.

  • Reclassification of freight (e.g., medical vs. standard).

  • Use of liftgate, additional labor, or access restrictions.

 

 

Final pricing will appear in the Invoice or Delivery Confirmation issued after service completion.

E. Payments and Invoicing

All payments must be made using authorized methods (Stripe, ACH, credit/debit cards, or corporate account).

 

  • Payment is due immediately upon delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Delinquent accounts may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge or the maximum permitted by law.

  • Disputed invoices must be reported within 7 business days.

 

 

Finova Cargo reserves the right to suspend future service for unpaid balances.

F. Liability and Insurance Coverage

Finova Cargo maintains:

 

  • $1,000,000 commercial liability coverage, and

  • $100,000 cargo insurance per shipment (unless stated otherwise).

 

 

Claims must be filed in writing within 48 hours of delivery for visible damages, or within 7 days for concealed loss.

Finova’s liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or insurance coverage maximum — whichever is lower.

 

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, accidents, customs, strikes, or force majeure events beyond our control.

G. Medical, Pharmaceutical & Regulated Cargo

Finova Cargo complies with all applicable HIPAA, DOT, and FDA regulations when handling sensitive or medical shipments.

 

  • Only trained, background-verified drivers handle such loads.

  • Temperature-sensitive or biohazardous materials require prior declaration.

  • We maintain full chain-of-custody documentation for regulated deliveries.

 

 

Shipments not properly declared or packaged may void insurance or liability coverage.

H. Delivery and Proof of Service

Each delivery includes:

 

  • Digital timestamp, GPS coordinates, and driver signature.

  • Optional photo confirmation and recipient signature.

 

 

Undeliverable shipments (closed facilities, refusal, or incorrect addresses) may incur return or storage fees.

I. Cancellations and Refunds

A. Same-Day or Standard Deliveries

 

  • Free cancellation up to 15 minutes after booking, if no driver has been assigned.

  • Once a driver is assigned but not yet en route → 25% fee of total order.

  • Once driver is en route → 50% fee.

  • If driver arrives at pickup and cannot load due to customer fault → 75% fee.

B. Critical or Expedited Shipments (AOG / Medical / Urgent)

 

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are non-refundable due to operational commitment and compliance protocols.

  • Exceptions apply only for verifiable errors or force majeure events.

C. Refund Process

 

  • All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Processing fees from payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Wix Payments) are non-refundable.

D. How to Cancel

 

  • Contact dispatch immediately at support@finovacargo.com or through the app “Cancel Order” option.

  • Include your Order ID and reason for cancellation for faster handling.

 

 

E. Driver Protection

 

  • Drivers are compensated for time and travel in case of late cancellations.

  • Persistent cancellation abuse may result in account suspension.

J. Prohibited Items

Finova Cargo does not transport:

 

  • Illegal goods, firearms, narcotics, or controlled substances.

  • Live animals or perishable food without prior approval.

  • Hazardous materials without the required HAZMAT certification and documentation.

 

 

Violation of this policy may result in permanent service suspension and legal action.

K. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, logos (including the Finova Cargo® mark), and content on this website are the property of Finova Cargo.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our materials without prior written consent.

L. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finova Cargo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including:

 

  • Lost profits or business interruption.

  • Delays caused by third-party carriers or clients.

  • Damages resulting from misinformation or mislabeling by customers.

M. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Duval County, Florida.

N. Changes to These Terms

Finova Cargo may update or modify these Terms at any time.

The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent version.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
