1. Overview of Services

 

Finova Cargo, a division of Finova Invesment Corp, provides on-demand, same-day, and scheduled delivery solutionsacross the United States.

Our core mission is to deliver precision, reliability, and transparency for time-critical shipments including general freight, medical logistics, AOG (Aircraft-on-Ground) components, and high-value items requiring specialized handling.

 

All delivery operations are executed by trained, background-verified drivers under commercial insurance coverage and compliance standards.

Finova Cargo provides transportation and logistics services only and does not sell or manufacture physical goods. All client transactions relate strictly to service delivery, not merchandise sales.

3. Delivery Timeframes

 Finova Cargo is committed to rapid same-day delivery performance.

Under standard conditions, confirmed orders are picked up and delivered within an average timeframe of up to 90 minutes.

This timeframe may vary slightly due to factors such as distance, urban congestion, or access conditions at pickup or delivery points.

 

For long-distance shipments (e.g., Miami routes or inter-city deliveries exceeding 200 miles), service times may extend beyond 90 minutes as determined by operational logistics.

 

Customers may also request scheduled or next-day deliveries, where shipments are collected on the current day and delivered the following day, particularly for long-haul or multi-stop routes.

All scheduling details are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

 

Our dispatch control team actively monitors each order and maintains real-time communication to ensure accurate tracking and immediate updates in the event of any delay or rescheduling requirement.

While Finova Cargo strives to meet all delivery timeframes, unforeseen factors such as traffic, weather, accidents, or access restrictions may result in delays. Such events shall not constitute a breach of service.

4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Once a service request is confirmed, the order is assigned to the next available certified driver.

  • The customer receives a digital confirmation detailing pickup and delivery information, estimated arrival time, and driver contact.

  • Upon completion, a Proof of Delivery (POD) is generated, containing the recipient’s signature, timestamp, and location data.

  • Photo verification or electronic delivery confirmation can be provided upon request.

  • For commercial clients, a Bill of Lading (BOL) or signed delivery receipt will serve as the formal fulfillment record.

All orders are confirmed electronically by the client prior to dispatch. By approving the order, the client acknowledges acceptance of service terms and delivery timeline.

5. Rates & Fees

Delivery rates are transparently calculated based on:

 

  • Mileage between pickup and delivery locations

  • Cargo type and total weight

  • Vehicle class (sedan, SUV, pickup, cargo van, or box truck)

  • Optional services (additional labor, inside delivery, waiting time, or return trips)

 

 

All charges are quoted and approved prior to dispatch.

Extended wait times or re-attempted deliveries may incur additional fees.

All pricing is confirmed prior to dispatch and becomes non-refundable once the driver has departed for pickup.

6. Restrictions & Compliance

Finova Cargo does not transport prohibited items, illegal goods, weapons, live animals, or any materials restricted under state or federal law.

Transport of hazardous materials (HazMat) is available only upon prior authorization and with the corresponding certification and documentation.

All shipments must be properly packed and labeled to ensure safe and compliant transport.

Finova Cargo fully complies with all U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and state-level regulations applicable to commercial transport services.

7. Returns, Redeliveries & Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate information, lack of access, or recipient unavailability, the order will be rescheduled, redelivered, or returned to the pickup location.

Any additional costs arising from such events will be billed according to the applicable rate schedule.

Customers will be notified immediately to coordinate the most efficient resolution.

Any failed or delayed delivery will be promptly investigated and resolved within 2 business days of client notification.

8. Liability & Insurance 

Finova Invesment Corp maintains comprehensive commercial liability and cargo insurance covering all deliveries performed under the Finova Cargo brand.

The company is not responsible for losses resulting from inadequate packaging, incorrect cargo descriptions, or pre-existing damage prior to pickup. Clients are encouraged to declare item value accurately for insurance purposes.

Finova Cargo maintains active commercial liability and cargo coverage compliant with state and federal requirements. Coverage applies exclusively to losses incurred during active transit under verified waybills or BOLs. Indirect, consequential, or delay-related damages are excluded.

10. Policy Updates

Finova Investment Corp reserves the right to revise this Shipping & Fulfillment Policy as operational or regulatory requirements evolve.

All updates will be published on https://www.finovacargo.com and take immediate effect upon posting.

Any material change to this policy will be communicated via email or website notice at least 7 days prior to taking effect.

2. Service Coverage

Our active logistics network currently serves the State of Florida, Georgia, and adjacent states, with nationwide coordination available for specialized or dedicated routes.

Service coverage and availability are contingent upon the requested vehicle type, cargo specifications, pickup/delivery distance, and current dispatch capacity.

Service coverage is subject to fleet availability, weather conditions, and regulatory constraints in specific jurisdictions.
